Broken - poor quality - no customer service
Ordered key ring for my grandparent after we lost our grandad, the glass with his image on fell out due to the quality. Informed the company - they asked for videos/photos as proof. No apology, no offer at a solution, just told to order a new one with no reassurance if the same thing happens again! Really disappointed and will never use this company again.
