Easy booking but problems with seats once on trains
It was incredibly easy to book our train tickets through Rail Ninja. If I was rating the booking experience alone (and the Rail Ninja app, which is great), I'd give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, though, there were issues with our seats on each train. On each train, Rail Ninja and our train tickets showed us as having assigned seats; however, on each train, other passengers' tickets showed them as also having those exact same seats assigned. And the other passengers' last names were shown on the digital display at those seats on the trains; so when we brought the duplication to the attention of personnel on the train, they told us that the other passengers had been assigned those seats, and we would need to find other unassigned seats.
