Their customer service team is inept
Their customer service team is inept. I asked them to cancel it years ago, and they "paused" it instead, and now I've been getting billed every year for nightguards I've never used. Once I noticed what had happened, I followed up asking them to cancel and for a refund, and have received no response for several months. I couldn't sign into my account, so I couldn't cancel—terrible service.
