iPhone 2G framed edition arrived broken, but...
The product was broken when I received it. UPDATE: The support reached out and wanted to replace it even though it was out of warranty. Two weeks later and I had my brand new replacement. It was sealed and packaged nicely. The support service alone makes this an 11/10 experience and adds the missing 4 stars back. Easily makes up for the first time. I can definitely recommend this company.
