I’ve been using this company for quite some time, and up until my most recent order, everything had been excellent. Unfortunately, my last order arrived with a printing error. Although they initially attempted to resolve the issue, the replacement flyers still had the same problem. What was most disappointing was that they blamed my artwork, even though I had placed another order using the exact same flyer at the same time. One order printed correctly while the other did not, clearly showing the file was not the issue. I provided proof of this, but after that, I stopped receiving any responses. It’s unfortunate because they seem to be a good company when everything goes smoothly. However, when a problem arises, their customer service and accountability fell short. Based on this experience, I won’t be using them again.
