Good product, terrible packaging.
I liked the speed and quality, the packaging was absolutely terrible. It was improperly boxed for something this heavy. The Box tore apart and bent about a third of the flyers at the edge. There was no plastic wrap or anything around it so it could have been all ruined.

pick up locations and print quality
They send you emails about your order so it is easy to pull up and get the order number. The printers have enough parking and the order is ready when I arrive to pick it up. The print quality is always perfect.
Stickers were acceptable
Stickers were acceptable. Still, you lost two whole stars on it being silly that i asked for 2 day delivery, no proofs... and you still delivered 1 day after i needed it. Sad.

In the end, they refunded the banner which I really appreciated. They missed our show date by one day, so I had to redesign the banner and get it printed at Staples so that we would have signage for our booth. That sign was on paper because it was last minute and the wind kept pulling it off. The banner looks nice and we hope to use it for future shows.

After a few orders completed with NextDayFlyers, nothing has shifted----the team at NextDayFlyers still delivers at 100%. The quality is top notch. Production work is spot-on---I have never needed to reach back out regarding issues...that's a great feat indeed. Consistency just isn’t there
I had requested UPS shipping for this order, because FedEx usually leaves our orders by the county road, two miles from our house. They told me it would be UPS, but then sent it via FedEx. Additionally, I have reordered this exact product using the same print files and with the exact same order details a few times now. Each time, they turn out different - no consistency. Even in this one order, the prints are not consistent. It’s frustrating, because I spent over $400 and a bunch of the post cards have a yellow haze behind the black lettering (though some are just fine), and they’ve all printed darker than the original files (my first order with the same files was perfect - I still have one from that batch, and these are much darker). I even left a note for them to please check the printed product against the file to make sure it didn’t print dark, because this happened once before. It’s just frustrating that I can’t get consistent products from a professional print company, even when I’m re-ordering the exact same thing as before.
