Delayed by 6 days; no communication about the delay; delivered on a Saturday after we confirmed that we are a business and not open; left outside our door for 2 days again with no notification of delivery. 5 phone calls and nothing resolved. We will not be able to continue our 13 year relationship if this is the level of service.

Not truthful about delivery dates

Not truthful about delivery dates, refuse to cancel or offer refund but lie about the date, also, it takes several weeks to receive your prints.

No problems with anything

No problems with anything! Ordering is simple and clear, product is great! If I had any suggestion at all, the option for blind shipping might be a little larger and easier to see. The first couple of time I almost missed it.

I recently received my order for the…

I recently received my order for the tri-fold flyers and magnets, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. The tri-fold flyers have several issues. The cuts are not straight, multiple flyers are cut crookedly, and the folds are uneven. Overall, the print quality is not what I expected and is not something I can confidently hand out to customers to represent my business. In addition, the magnets are incorrect. I ordered calendar magnets, but instead I received magnets with only my company name and logo. The calendar is completely missing, which is not what I ordered. As a business owner, I rely on professionally printed marketing materials, and unfortunately this order does not meet that standard. I would appreciate it if you could make this right. I'm requesting either: A complete reprint of the flyers and magnets with the correct design and proper quality, A full refund, or A suitable store credit if you have another resolution you'd like to offer. I look forward to your prompt response and hope we can resolve this quickly.

Super, super patient. Very understanding. Accurate prints! You do need to have a keen eye for your own designs, though. Be aware of what you're approving and what you want. Keep a lookout for any warping of images.

Superb service from start to finish! I will use your service again & have already shared with many of my “teacher” friends. Positively excellent quality paper, double sided print had fabulous detail and crisp colors, gloss added that touch of class and lightening fast processing & shipping. Your customer service was outstanding! Tracking info helped me not panic about getting them on time! Out of a perfect 10 - I have to rate you a splendiferous 100 - and even that seems a little inadequate!

the way you have to upload wasn't easy for me as i am ot very computer savvy but the customer service when i called was the best and super helpful as were the print team behind the scenes.
