Ouch I really hate to write a negative review but here is the sad truth I opened an account, received a decent price and started to proceed with thankfully a TEST run only The job will be a RUSH job 5-7 work days max delivered... so location (East Coast) was PARAMOUNT as stated on the Web site..? ( circle back to that...*** read further on) . After test proofs were set up..and provided I also needed a simple insert price and have waited OVER 10 days for a price..? Yes I realize not exactly in their wheel house but each call,OR e mail I made over a 10 DAY period I was told it was "No worries it was referred somehere to a different a customer team member "? But still ZERO response... I finally decided I could do that insert elsewhere and called today to inquire exactly where on the East coast **it was being done so that I could furnish the insert and today I found out they totally mis lead me as the job was all set to print in CA.. HUH Remember we said East coast 5-7 work days..? Thank goodness this was a TEST run only If this was the real thing it would have been a total disater!? ,? How can you print AND deliver to the East coast in 5 work days Clearly while the so called CSRs were all polite and "tried" no one was being truthful OR knew what was really going on so I pulled the job frustrated and upset.. My read is NOO I will NOT use Print place . I asked several times for a manager to reach out to me ZERO response? Pretty sad and pathetic really sorry Been doing this for 30+ years and this was a very poor experience! Larry K

I received my order and was disappointed to see the word "Kalikimaka" was misspelled on the back of the postcard. Now I realize that I probably misspelled it when I submitted the order, but I had wanted a proof but PROOF was grayed out and wouldn't let me check it. I worked in the printing industry for 25 years and we proofread everything even when the customer would be proofing it. So, I was disappointed that I screwed up and I was disappointed that it wasn't caught by Print Place. But I matched the font type and size and with a little cutting and pasting I can make it work. But it definitely will make me think twice before I order anything in the future when I can't get a proof. Thanks.
When the size said two inches, that should mean that the sticker is two inches, not the block that the cut sticker is on. They are way too small and the edges have burn marks,

I really appreciated the help I got with the design team to fix my issues I had. I would give a 5 star to him for helping me. I’m only giving a 3 star because I received shiny cards when I picked no shine and their way of fixing the problem is giving me 50% off store credit on my next order. My vibe for my business is rustic, country, leather or I wouldn’t even care that they are shiny. I paid quite a bit so I am very disappointed
Did not fit well or look right in the rear window of my car. Due to factory window tinting, I could not see it if mounted on the inside and it looks tacky surface mounted to the exterior. It is unusable
