This is my second time ordering from them and I love them. The designing is easy and my stuff comes out beautiful. To be honest I am no artist or graphic designer but it looks so professional when I am done. I ordered my tickets for our event and it less than 3 days they were at my door for a great price. On my first order, the printing was missing a lot of the type, the illustrations were not printed fully, and the folding was very crooked. The second time they printed the booklets, the printing was not centered on the front. The art check was concerned about my page numbers but not the fact that the art was not centered.

There is a mark on the bottom of each of the rack cards I ordered. I let you know but you didn't send me a reprint.

I had to edit my review. We used our connect cards for the first time Sunday and our guest had a hard time writing on this glossy form. We got the standard 2500 cards and at first they looked amazing, but quickly discovered they were difficult to write on with any pen. It smears easily. The turn around time is the only good thing and they are quick. The upload and proofing aspect was very easy and eventually got to the correct proof. Sadly disappointed.
