Terrible service
Terrible service. Delivered when i was not at home. No prior notification that product was getting delivered. When i told them they will not be able to leave it at the concierge as per building management rules, they said they will try and call me back if unable to. Didnt receive any call. I had to call back 4 hours later. And the person has no idea whats going on in terms of what happens to the parcel, how its going to be delivered next, etc.
