No package lost money
I made my order. Over 30 days later it still had not left China. They did resend it out. Almost 60 days later the tracking number said it had arrived. It had not. I did not ever get my package. They said it's not there problem and I had to make a claim with my post office. I did lots of running around with the post office trying to find or get my package, non worked. Post office said the sender had to make a claim..... Back and fourth.. I did not get money back or the package..... Don't bother with dhgate.. not worth it at all... Update. After posting here I was told how to get a refund from dhgate, and the refund is going through.
