Thryv Marketing did a terrible job all around. Scheduled meetings at times did not happen, promised reports were never received, Thryv lost control of our spend so we were charged beyond budget, people were not able to explain to us what Thryv had done / was doing to advance our marketing campaign, a different person was assigned to talk to us each time and they seemed to have no knowledge of the account or our past issues, and bottom line, our business decreased under Thryv which is the last thing anyone wants from a marketing agency. Not for me to analyze but didn't seem that Thryv had the knowledge level or resources to have taken on more business.
