Reference 2013841 Booked room in Paris however due to family illness iv had to cancel within plenty of time. I have emailed with confirmation of cancellation but radio silence since when requesting when i will get my refund. Multiple emails and absolutely nothing back. I cancelled weeks ago and would never expect to have to chase like this. Unacceptable
