My experience
I did not realize I was on autoship. I guess I didn't read the fine print LOL. I received an email saying that my auto ship would be sent in 5 days and I would be charged for it. I am very happy they didn't just automatically send it and charge me without saying anything. I responded with an email saying that I no longer wanted any more and they said no problem. Great customer service
