Attempted the free Quick fix version for a corrupted MSWord file (25 page complicated table) and the repair was marginal. Went ahead and tried the advanced version and, after consulting directly with their engineers, was able to get a 90% fixed version back. That was valuable. Good product and very helpful humans behind it.
