Purchased the nano 2 via Amazon UK
Purchased the nano 2 via Amazon UK, after purchasing I read that you can only return the aids within the 45 day trial if only purchased via their website ( ALTHOUGH THE NANO 2 WERE FROM THEIR SHOP ON AMAZON UK) tried to Emial their customer support twice to confirm this and also were they covered under the 3 year warranty and the email was rejected twice, I used the same email address to activate the nano,s in the cearvol app. If you are in the UK and looking to purchase a cearvol item please be aware of this unless cearvol can reply back here to confirm my questions.
