Genuinely awful experience
Had a good experience with a seller, sent them £670 to come and pick up a guitar today, only for Reverb to essentially ban my account and put me 'under review.' So now, the sale was stuck in limbo. I've had no choice but to refund the money as I couldn't contact the seller. Genuinely laughable, I'm now down £670 for a few days and I can't do anything about it, thanks a lot Reverb! Also the Agent livechat service is completely awful, pls use a different LLM, it can't even comprehend basic tasks.
