Wish I'd seen these reviews first..
Appalling lack of customer service. Flagrant flouting of UK laws. Phone lacking correct bands to work effectively in the UK. Mi Band 4 showing impossible heart rate readings. They are still attempting to have me send it to a repair centre where they will send it straight back to me if they deem it functioning correctly.. I've received far better service from places like Sunsky or Aliexpress. There isn't even any way of doing anything online, the account service seems broken.. To do anything at all you need to download their mobile app. TLDR: When returning an item, which you likely will have to, they will send you a repair package and otherwise pretend it is a repair. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Stick to your guns and get your return. UPDATE: A helpful employee (Ava) on the online chat resolved the issue and I am currently awaiting a full refund. Time for refund 10-15 days after they have assessed it.. so will be well over a month before they return my money. WayTLDR: Avoid this company UPDATE 2: Fully refunded far quicker than expected, added another star
