It was awful. Last time I renewed my driving license online it was easy. This time it had me tearing my hair out. I had to walk away and get help. That didn't mean it was easier. It just meant we went down the rabbit hole together. Why are we forced to add an overly complicated app. It doesn't add anything positive to the process. Mine kept refusing to accept my address. In the end we input it manually. Speaking to a family member I learned that it had taken them 2 days to change their address. They got so frustrated with it that they had to walk away. I presume this is the digital ID that we don't want by the back-door.
