They have the best selection, but....
They have the best selection of pet medicines around, and I loved their free samples. However, I was very frustrated with their subscription service. I would order a 30 day supply of vitamins and wait forever for the replacement to arrive. Eventually, it did. But, it never synched up with when I needed them. Like many others, I use several subscription services for various staples. They usually arrive just before or immediately after I run out. Not Petmeds. I never received the auto ship when I needed it. I tried several times to modify the subscription to make it work. But, they seem to ship after the subscription time of 4 weeks (which is adjustable) expires. That's too late! And I don't know whether they ship with U.S. Mail. So there is no certainty about when your product will arrive. Lastly, their website is solid. However their mobile app is way outdated and clumsy. So, unfortunately, I have to go back to Amazon to order my vitamins for my 3 dogs.
