My experience with AlignerCo has been extremely disappointing, and after all the time, money, and frustration I have invested, I cannot recommend this company. This is approximately the third time I have tried to straighten my teeth and correct the spaces between them, and unfortunately, my treatment with AlignerCo has not achieved the results I expected. What makes this even more frustrating is that my son also underwent treatment with this company approximately five years ago, and his treatment did not achieve the expected results either. What has upset me the most is that, after my treatment failed to produce the expected results, I am now being asked to pay additional money, instead of having the original policy/guarantee honored. I find this extremely unfair, especially because I trusted the terms and conditions that were presented to me when I purchased the treatment.I have also experienced problems with their app, which does not work properly, and I believe the company needs significant improvement in many areas, including their customer service. Trying to resolve this situation has taken an unreasonable amount of time and effort. I am currently collecting all the documentation and evidence I need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I am also looking into requesting a refund through my credit card company. I want to make sure I have properly documented my experience before submitting these complaints. My biggest concern is that when the treatment does not achieve the expected results, I feel that the responsibility is ultimately being placed on the customer instead of the company taking responsibility and working toward an appropriate solution. In my case, this situation has caused me to lose a significant amount of time, and I have not been able to properly move forward with correcting the position of my teeth because the company has not cooperated in resolving the situation. If I could go back in time, I would not choose AllignerCo again. Based on my experience, as well as my son’s experience with the company, I strongly encourage anyone considering AlignerCo to carefully research their policies, guarantees, follow-up care, and what happens if the treatment does not produce the expected results before making a purchase. I would personally recommend considering other options before choosing this company. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and I regret having chosen AlignerCo.
