Very poorly run company and absolutely terrible customer service! I'm beginning to wonder if it's a SCAM. Don't waste your money or time with this company, just spend a few dollars more and work with a local orthodontist. It's been 10 weeks since we placed an order for our son's aligners, and 6 weeks since the company has been in receipt of his molds we sent back, and we're still receiving emails stating "Once your fabrication request has been sent to the lab your aligners will take approximately 3 weeks to fabricate". At this rate it will be 13-14 weeks from the time we placed the initial order to "MAYBE" receiving an actual product. If the customer service is this awful, what confidence can a customer have in the actual product being any better?

From start to finish, she was an absolute joy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring. She answered all my questions with patience, walked me through every step, and made the whole process feel effortless. It's rare to find someone who's not only great at their job but also makes you feel like a priority. Abby is that person. She clearly knows her stuff, and her positive energy made what could have been a stressful experience into something I actually looked forward to. Disappointing Experience
Communication is seriously lacking. I originally used this company to fix the crowding on my bottom teeth, but unfortunately, the process ended up messing up my top teeth as well. They created a huge gap between my side teeth, and now my front teeth are uneven. Before treatment, my top teeth were at least straight across. The final straw was when my aligners got destroyed. It took them over a week just to get to my request for replacement aligners because of a backlog. In the meantime, my teeth have shifted, and I’m now left dealing with the consequences of a delay that was completely out of my control. And don’t put too much faith in the “guarantee.” Apparently, if your retainers are considered “ill-fitting,” you can lose the guarantee to have your teeth corrected. I had no idea my retainers were considered ill-fitting because they don’t check in with you or monitor your progress. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the results, the lack of communication, and the lack of follow-up throughout the process. I went into this hoping to save money, but instead I’m now unhappy with my teeth and may have to spend even more money to fix the problems that resulted from treatment. I definitely learned my lesson: Sometimes trying to save money with a cheaper company isn’t worth it. I wish I had spent more upfront for a company that provided better communication, monitoring, and accountability.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Despite completing multiple impression kits due to repeated delays and errors, I never received the aligners or any treatment plan. The process dragged on for weeks with no progress. When I requested a refund, the company was unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews I've seen, I cannot recommend this service.

Creating Teeth Impressions (Instructional Video Meeting)
This review is about my experience during a live video session with Alan at AlignerCo, who instructed me on how to properly create a set of teeth impressions (upper and lower). Alan was fantastic. He had a welcoming presence, was patient, and very easy to follow. I especially appreciated that he didn’t just explain each step verbally; he demonstrated everything visually with hand gestures that I needed to mimic, along with using his own trays to demonstrate steps, which made a big difference. His demonstration of the “stretch and fold” technique for mixing the putty was particularly helpful. Intuitively, I began trying to mix it by squishing the two materials together, so seeing the technique he recommended made a huge difference, especially with the 30-second mixing time constraint. He also did a phenomenal job showing me what the putty should look like in the tray, and then guiding me in real time as I showed him my impressions and made adjustments. The demonstration of how to remove the tray from my mouth was another thing I found extremely helpful. His motions made it much easier to understand what I needed to do and what the experience of removal might feel like. He checked in throughout the session to make sure I understood everything, encouraged questions if I had any, and gave great feedback while reviewing my impressions. I really appreciated how hands-on and thorough he was. Overall, he was fantastic and made the whole process feel much easier. I left feeling happy with the interaction and with peace of mind knowing my teeth impressions met AlignerCo standards to create my perfect sets of retainers. Thank you, Alan!

Two months and no aligners yet
Two months and no aligners or smile projection yet. Slow process. Purchased an aligner package on June 22nd: It’s August 31st and I still do not have a settled smile projection. I called for an ETA 2 weeks ago and was told to check the app for an update on Saturday, as it would be finished by the end of the day. Communication and fulfillment are both weak and patchy, and not genuine. The person communicating through the smile projection disappears without completing the process. Help during impression was great, though a strong push to purchase retainers at that time and the truth is two months and I’m still waiting. Why would I trust to purchase retainers? - Get a solid ETA before paying anyone for aligners and ask where they are manufactured. I would recommend looking into other options before choosing this. Aligner32 offers complementary retainers for a year at the same cost for aligners remote / without dentist visit. Other brands of aligners with a dentist consult may process much faster. Wish I would have picked a different provider for aligners, and still waiting for a business I no longer like or recommend. Each time I reach a runaround or slack in customer care, I come here to remove a star or delete a five star review that was an incentive push, and no AlignerCo didn’t deliver on any incentive either. Imagine that.

I’ve had a really good experience with AlignerCo overall. The process was straightforward, and I really liked being able to do most of everything from home without having to constantly schedule appointments. The instructions were easy to follow, and the aligners have been comfortable and discreet. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I had questions, which made the process a lot less stressful. For the price, I feel like I’m getting a great value compared with traditional orthodontic treatment.
