Not a advertised
I tried my order yesterday and was disappointed with the results. The color was supposed to remain at the bottom, as your website advertises it as being “locked” in place. Unfortunately, it did not stay in position and rotated while I was wearing it. As a result, the product did not perform as advertised, and it looked quite awkward when worn. I have reached out to customer service 2 days ago without a respond.
