ZenMarket messed up my delivery address and failed to deliver my items, despite taking my payment. Their customer service team was incredibly stubborn and unprofessional, refusing to provide any assistance or accountability when I tried to resolve the issue. Do not buy stuff from this company—they are going to scam you.
