Lost my order, haven't yet shipped out any replacement.
My first order placed just after Christmas, arrived before the new year, about 2 days. My second order, was "shipped" immediately, courier says it was never picked up. Their investigation took 2 weeks, which resulted in an "expedited shipping", still not shipped yet, over 2 weeks later. I should have just used Amazon.
