Bad customer service
I ordered a product and it arrived quite late. I was worried and tried to contact customer service which I can only do after logging in. But the site does not let me log in. No matter how many times I change the password, it says invalid password. Online chat button does not work. Complaint link is dead. Track number non existent. Its a horrible site. Luckily the order finally arrived.
