Inferior products damaged goods and delivery over 8 weeks!
To Alex's reply to my review, I am not quite sure why you are replying so nice on this review page, as when I originally tried to resolve the issue that I had with 5econds, you would not assist me, all your team wish to do is give me some kind of small discount on my next order, however I will endeavour not to ever order from 5econds again, due to the dismissive replies you originally sent in reply to my e-mails requesting a refund. If I could have I would have given 5econds a minus (-) 5 stars not even a 1 star.. Over 8 weeks to get a inferior product that was overpriced. Product was all squashed and could not give as a gift, lid will not stay on and all scratched, advised them of all this however their policy is no refunds unless product is manufacturing damaged. Alex must be 20 people as replies repeat themselves, totally been done by this company and do not recommend them especially if you are not from Singapore / China or wherever they are based at as it seems they deliver via Ship freight. Cheap!!
