Still waiting for a response from Customer Service
Just to answer their response you are liars I have gotten responses from a Jim and CiCi offering me 10 and 20% if I keep the product. The name is Joanne. SHADY. This is the 3 rd review . After my first review they contacted me offering me 10% back $11.70. For a $117 purchase of an item that does not work as advertised or expected . I replied no thanks I want a full refund and to return. NO RESPONCE. It’s nearing the money back 30 day guarantee how convenient. I DON’T KNOW WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOO BAD . STAY AWAY. Not worth it. I will continue to write bad reviews everywhere I can until they respond like a real company.
