Starting to wonder about this company. Ordered directly from mars hydro website to avoid this. Money come right off card and days go by no shipping confirmation. Contact them and finally get response that zip code was wrong. Ok, I have resent zip code and politely asked for update on shipping. That has been another week no response. Needed product sooner then this and website said next day shipping from USA. No replies to emails. Really wish I spent the extra and bought one locally.
