Terrible Website And Customer Service
The product page on MooGold advertised “Instant Delivery Supported,” but after I purchased, my order was held for "Identity Verification," even though they had already taken my payment. They demanded personal documents, including: 1. A photo of my credit card, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, cardholder name, bank name, and expiry date 2. A bank statement for the account connected to the credit card Customer support was a nightmare. Responses were copy-pasted, and when I asked for clarification, it took the representative (Crimson) three minutes just to reply with a few words. I felt like I was talking to someone who was either inexperienced or simply didn’t care. When I finally asked for a refund, I was told it would take 7–14 days, which is absurd for a company claiming "instant delivery." This whole experience has been misleading, frustrating, and far from professional. Avoid MooGold if you expect straightforward, timely service.
