Disappointing
The quality of the products is disappointing. The lid of the Pocus jar is too big to close. And the pattern of the plate with the pumpkin and the crows is damaged in 3 different locations. It’s not the quality one is entitled to expect, given the price. EDIT (after the brand’s response) : I’m removing another star because of the dishonesty of the brand. It is, at best, an automatic response; at worst, a barefaced lie. No return was scheduled, since there was no interaction with customer service… EDIT 07.08 : The only email I received on July 20th was about the rug I had purchased—which you don't deliver to France—stating that I would be getting a refund. That’s all. I never reach the Customer Service for a return (it would have been complicated during summer), so I would like to know where did you find this information. And leave me a reel email this time, not a lie concocted to give you good publicity on Trust Pilot… To conclude, it is true that I was disappointed by the quality of the products, but even more so by your lies.
