Order never dispatched
(AU Order) -- Buyer beware. Order for a new phone placed on the 31st of July and 10 days later no confirmation the order has been dispatched, no communication from Etoren. The only way to contact Etoren is through an online form on their website and so far there has been no response from their customer server. Very disappointing so far. Too soon to say whether they are a scam but do not use this service if you value quick delivery or any level of customer support.
