I would give 5 but I'm still angry. A bought a hoodie in November(order no,3908140701) it's still not been delivered, the tracking hasn't moved in 2 and a half months, yet the seller has said it's been delivered and there was an issue with the tracking not updating. I've spoken to Royal Mail who have said the package didn't even enter their system and challenged the seller to provide proof that it's been delivered(because we both know it hasn't) DHGate make it almost impossible to get your money back. Even though they say you are guaranteed it. Funny thing is when I disputed it the hoodie the the seller showed wasn't even close to the hoodie I ordered. This is the only problem I've had but it's annoying
