Late delivery, poor communication
Product arrived 8 days after the end of the estimated delivery date window. No automated updates on delivery schedule, every time I checked the tracking number provided for the delivery partner, it said they hadn't received the parcel from Etoren. Delivered randomly with no notice, thankfully we were in. The order and delivery process was quite unnerving and I was convinced that I had paid a lot of money and would never receive the item. The product itself is as ordered and is good so far
