Is ElevenLabs out of business?
Is ElevenLabs out of business? Came as a new paying customer, got excited about all the magical claims they make before charging, got pro level subscription. Tried to produce audios. After wasting ~400k credits, zero delivery, unusable audio with voice layovers and bugs, also unseen level of arrogance in how bot communicates. Bot insisted itself i reach out to Customer care several times (have screenshots). I sent 6 written feedbacks with screenshots. I sent several emails. ZERO reply. Looking into cap table of Elevenlabs, i am super shocked at a level of total neglect and carelessness to service.
