Really bad.
Ordered a light with them via amazon (UK).. Order got cancelled. Ordered with them via ebay (UK).. They said the item was posted and 10 days later they cancelled it saying that their courier don't deliver to Channel Islands (UK). Then I ordered on their website, emailed them and put a note on the order saying that I could pay extra for shipping.. Took them 2 weeks to say that I'd have to pay 100USD for shipping from China, even tho they have a warehouse in the UK. Really bad costumer service, don't reply to emails.. Felt ignored. Really unprofessional.
