I bought a beautiful dress but it was too small. Tried to return it at 11 days. They sent a message saying it was outside the 14 day window. I told them it was only 11 days. I got another message highlighting 7 days because not fitting right is a personal issue which is only 7 days. Would not let me exchange it for a larger size. After several messages with them this was their decision. Will never use them again Shein is much better
