No order received after 1 month
After I've left my first review, they replied my email and said will provide me status update this week. Been sending them several emails but no reply. Order placed on 1st August. Almost 1 month and no news and website unable to track my order. It keeps telling me my email invalid. Logged into my account. Go under my order. There's nothing there!! So wheres my order? They have deducted my money too after I placed my order. If I could attach screenshot I'll attach all the proof. Lousy service still wondering this website is true Replying to your reply. There is no private message you sent to me. Please reply to my emails. After all the hustle and waiting, they have decided to process full refund for me as the item is currently out of stock. Thank you.
