Update: Newmindstart ended up giving me a refund on the subscription after I contacted customer service again. I am satisfied with the outcome of this and appreciate the refund. I purchased a promotion product for 1€ and was automatically billed for a subscription that I didn’t not sign up for. When I reached out to the company they said there was no refund policy on their subscription, which is total bs because they say they offer 14-day money back if you are not satisfied with their product. They trick you with the 1$ to get your back info. Total scam!!
