I had ordered a desk off Amazon and 3 pieces broke within just a few days of having it. I have been trying to get them to send me those pieces (was told by 1 rep that they would be sending me the pieces out) but now for a week and they keep telling me that they will send a notification to their support team and they would get back to me. Well as of today, I have received no communication back from them. So far, I am very disappointed in their customer service dept.
