Handymen ARE NOT Allowed to touch Anything Electrical unless it plugs into a receptacle or screws in like a lightbulb, and is Prohibited by State Statutes. Besides that, Angi Charges to much and puts ALL of their funding on the Contractors. Whether you accept the LEAD or NOT, you have to pay. "Refunds for bad leads are nearly impossible to get." Plus pay Your Annual Fee as a Contractor with Nominal Returns. Angie's should give the Customers the options of who to call instead of passing out leads, more like a directory system. Plus only list vetted and Licensed Contractors with Verified Credentials.
