Finding myself new to Medicare advantage plans, I was referred to Connie Health by my Primary Care doctor. My experience was great. Angel Esponda, the Medicare Advisor who I worked with gave me information and a choice of plans available to me via email and provided me with his direct line in case I had further questions. After weighing my options and having reached a decision on which Medicare plan I wanted to choose. I reached out to him via telephone. He immediately contacted me and walked me through the sign up process. I was also assured that I could reach out in the future if I needed assistance. This service eased my mind as I am entering a new world of Medicare.
