Needed iPhone passcode unlocked
My wife needed to get her phone passcode unlocked. We traveled 100 miles to an Apple store , followed their instructions and waited for a response after providing proof of purchase and other requested items . After one week they stated they needed more info, actually same info. We bought a new phone with a different carrier. This is the worst customer service ever . No further communication is necessary concerning this.
