At first we thought that getting this loan was going to easy, but when we hit a bump in the road Janette Heyl ( the person we were working with ) was right there with the answer and how to fix it. We could call Janette any day or time we needed her and she would ALWAYS return our calls or answer the e-mail we would send her. Janette we right there from the first day to the day of closing. It felt good knowing that the person on the other end of the phone knew what she was doing and not trying to blow smoke.
