Waste of time, they simply do not track anything reliably
Great idea but trash delivery. Items simply do not work... when I bought them it did not say they only update when near phone, to which they didn't even when near phone. Function like find tile or find phone from tile would be great if it worked however even when the two devices are side by side its unable to find each other... Tiles can be upwards of a day out of date location wise, my two sets of keys phone and tracker in car should all update at the same time however all of which would be hours out of date even when they should be updating while in proximity to phone... When I contacted support about the issue I followed all their steps and ended up concluding the tiles are either faulty or simply do not do what they say. I said I want a refund to which their response was don't open the packet and refuse delivery which is simply ridiculous as I had clearly open them to find they were rubbish. Ended up getting money back eventually through PayPal dispute but a company saying I need to pay for return postage on a faulty device is ridiculous. Do not waste your money or time on these products. Hopefully someone sees this unlike me and does not repeate the hassle i had
