Great customer service
The product arrived on time, but it had a defect. When I contacted the company, they promptly offered a replacement. However, I was taken aback when I checked the return shipping costs. Sending the case back would have cost me nearly as much as the product itself. I reached out to customer service again to raise the issue, and they handled it well: they agreed to send me a replacement case without requiring me to return the defective one.
