a clarification.

well, truth has to be said; yesterday I have purchased something from them, and after that I didn't receive any confirmation email nor my product, I tried to reach out for the livechat and explain the issue but IDK why the chat suddenly disappeared! and the website was lagging multiple times; however after my previous comment and review the website became a little better so I was able to ask for refund! and within less than 12 hours my money was sent back. I don't know if it was a busy hours that caused the delay in the first place or what, but the money was sent back as it is.
