Crap
I ordered a dress, 2 crops and a T-shirt. Dress: Huge, tent like and shein level quality. Thin, plasticky and loose threads. Shirts: Good quality but wild sizing, the crops were easily 2 sizes too big but the tshirt was fine except for the neckline being weirdly baggy. I referred to the sizing charts before ordering and confirmed with a friend based off my measurements and the items that arrived were huge. I've tried to do a return and was asked to send photos of me wearing the items and measuring them with a ruler- I'm not doing that. I've sent three emails asking for a returns form and so far have been offered a 15% refund, if I can get a return form the shipping will be at my cost. I would have considered trying the crops in a smaller size but with the sizing being unpredictable and the return process a nightmare I'll never use this site or recommend it to anyone else again.
