Avoid Traveluro – untrustworthy and unhelpful
We booked a hotel through Traveluro and had to leave in the middle of the night due to unacceptable noise and hotel staff refusing to help. The hotel initially agreed to refund us, but Traveluro ignored our messages for days and completely failed to support us. They claim to be a booking platform, but take no responsibility when something goes wrong. We felt abandoned and deeply frustrated. We strongly advise booking directly or using a more reliable service.
