Wrong colour
I have ordered 6 dresses in total from JJ’s house, the first 2 were perfect, then I placed an order for 4 dresses all the same colour from the sale section (non returnable) however when the dresses arrived 1 dress was the same colour as the 2 ordered previously and 3 were a completely different colour. I raised the issue straight away and was told they were the same colour, I responded with photos as they are clearly very 2 different colours and I’ve not had a response since. My wedding is 7 weeks away, I have 3 incorrect coloured dresses and a company that is ignoring me Edited in response. You say slight colour variation, I say 3 dresses in sage green and 3 in mint green is not a slight colour variation, they are completely different! I accepted them being non returnable, I didn’t accept them being the wrong colour, there is no option to attach a picture as I’d show just how different they are
